Refund & Store Credit Policy
At House of BOH, every bottle of Vivere is handcrafted in small batches and inspected before it leaves our hands. Because our perfume oils are personal care products, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This is standard practice across the fragrance industry and ensures the integrity and hygiene of every product we send.
Store Credit
We want every customer to find their signature scent. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@houseofboh.com with your order number and the reason for your concern. At our discretion, we may offer store credit to the value of your purchase. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future House of BOH order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, we take full responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging and we will replace your order or issue a full store credit immediately.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at concierge@houseofboh.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
International Orders
All international sales are final. We are unable to accept international returns at this time. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties and any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours your order will have entered fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.
